Charlie has been fantastic. We first met Charlie when we found ourselves needing a new dog walker. From the first meeting, Charlie has been very understanding of what our dog and we needed. As a rescue dog, he finds change a little challenging…and as his owners, we are overly protective!
Charlie has been so very patient and kind with him and helped him settle into his new routine. He looks forward to his regular walks in the countryside. Whilst we were away, Charlie helped out immensely with additional walks. A massive reassurance for us whilst on holiday. I found it hard to find a dog walker experienced enough to manage my German Shorthaired Pointer puppy in a way I would be comfortable with. Finding Charlie has been a life saver as she understands dog body language and treats my dog as an individual which is so important to me. She is kind, calm and confident which provides the structure, safety and leadership that my puppy needs to be confident and she helps to maintain his routine and training when I can’t be there for him. He also absolutely loves her and it’s been great to improve his trust in another handler!

We started using Ruby & Me after we welcomed a German Shepherd Puppy into the family. Our pup adores Charlie (I think she loves Charlie more than me!) and Charlie loves our dog as much as we do. We love knowing she has as much fun with her as we would. After every walk, I get photo updates, and every walk Charlie has with the dog is thoughtfully planned out, even picking ‘pairs’ of dogs to walk together.
