Once we’ve been in touch to confirm your requirements, you’ll be asked to complete a registration form, so that I have all the information needed to keep your pet safe when in my care.

Dog walk – 1 hour group (max. 3 dogs in group) – £14 / £25 for 2 dogs from same household

Dog walk – 1 hour solo – £18 / £30 for 2 dogs from same household

Dog walk – 1 hour for puppies up to 18 months – £18 (group or solo)

Pet Care – pop in (1/2 hour) – £11 (1 dog/cat) / £15 (2 dogs/cats)

An additional £5 will be charged for all weekend, bank holiday walks and pop ins, as well as any walks after 5pm week days.

Providing the following information in your initial message will enable me to handle your booking more efficiently:

Pet name, breed, age and sex
Details of your requirements, including how many days per week and which days
Where you are located
Information about your pet, for example, likes/dislikes, medical conditions and allergies.
Your name and contact information

Next, a meet and greet will be arranged to give you and your pet a chance to meet me and to ensure that your pet is happy and you’ll be asked to complete a REGISTRATION FORM.

We will discuss:

Your requirements
How best to access the property to collect your dog when you are not home
Where your pets’ things are kept (in one general area is advisable)
Your pets likes and dislikes
Where they are allowed to go in the home when you are not home
Your pets feeding requirements
If applicable, any health requirements.

No, but payment for dog walking & pop-in pet care must be made at the end of each week.

100% of fees are payable if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled service
